 To Whom It May Concern, College Pro painters transformed the appearance of our aged facility, in a matter of hours, through a complete painting of the exterior of our multi-surfaced structure. Our building iscomprised of diverse materials including wood, brick and stucco, not to mention a variety of trims, doors, and other accents. All were finished with uniform consistency and in a safe and expedient manner. Great care was also taken in keeping spills or unintentional paint from marring adjacent surfaces that were not to be painted. | I live in a large historic house, which due to its age had a fair amount of yearly upkeep and maintenance. Within the past five years, I have had three painting contractors work on my house. The first and third time I had my house painted College Pro did it. After firing the second contractor from the job, I told myself I would never use anyone but College Pro again. My dealings with College Pro have always been professional and ordered. College Pro makes it very clear and detailed what they are doing, leaving nothing to question. The managers and painters are simply nice people, people who I feel comfortable with working around my house. It can be expected that problems will sometimes arise with work that is being done on your house, especially with a house such as mine that has antiquated building methods. How these problems are dealt with, however, is what is important to me. With College Pro any problems have been quickly addressed and the manager informs me of what they are doing to solve the problem in an educated manner. My luck with other contractors is somewhat less impressive, often times putting me off and trying to ignore the problem altogether. For these reasons, I would recommend College Pro Painters to any homeowner who wants their house treated with respect. |

We contracted through Jason Daniels. He and his guys came out when they said they would, they did an outstanding job with everything, they were professional and courteous. Scott was persistent, despite my difficult work schedule which didn’t allow for lengthy meetings The crew manager was pleasant, responsive and always kept the outcome of the job in mind. He was resourceful and mindful of the needs of his crew as well as paid attention to the detail that there was no shortage of. Each time a request was made or decision had to be made, he was helpful and thoughtful. The crew was also very pleasant and great to share moments with through the project. There were no times of tension or frustration that often accompany such a project. I review these college students as great talents for their own futures. | Thank you to your staff for the excellent work done on my home this past spring. Rod, Jamie and Stephen were outstanding in the quality of work, how they trained the team, and their respect for me and my property. Since I knew I was to be a training house and college students were involved, my expectations were not set very high and I was overwhelmed with gratitude that I was given such a generous gift as their time, labor and the paint as well.
The delight in watching how each evening the team worked to clean up the yard and used a shop vacuum in my yard for any paint chips that did not land on the tarp was extraordinary and I commend them. The quality of painting was excellent. I am a rather fastidious person, and was all ready to clean up any drips or spills - to my delight you left me actually nothing to do! Everything was spotless. My house looks beautiful. I delight in taking care of it, thank you for helping so generously and kindly. May you and yours have this kindness returned to you a thousand-fold. |
